Add in the fact, that the NHL is looking at penalizing a player who trips a guy after he has knocked the puck away, and Duck games next year will look like everyone is getting shot at the same time.

The Canucks have flipped the 3rd round pick they got from Anaheim (No. 85) in Kesler deal to the Rangers for Derek Dorsett.

I actually really like this move from the Canucks, personally. Kesler's advanced stats have been in serious decline the past 2-3 seasons. Dude isn't the same as he was in 2009 or 2010 and he is an injury worry (not to mention a headcase off the ice from everything I have heard).

Look for the Ducks to flounder now when Kesler gets angry he doesn't have the supporting cast on the 2nd/3rd lines to help him.

I hope the Ducks remember to order the "Corey Perry two-piece, quik-break, guarenteed to get a slashing call", sticks early this year. Rumor has it that the Nucks ordered a boatload while watching the Kings-Ducks series.

I thought Dorsett played well against the Kings. Rags had to dump players due to cap. Nucks are very active today.

Well, his best chance to win a cup was going to the Hawks. They have serious cap issues, as far as I can tell. Hopefully, we can keep him from fulfilling his dream for the remainder of his contract.

Bonino also had something like 20 points on the PP playing alongside Getzlaf and Perry. Don't see him replicating that in Van.

    Who's your 1st line center?

    Getzlaf & Perry had 23 & 18 power-play points.

The Sedins had 18 power-play points each.

I don't know who you expect to center your top PP unit.

That's pretty simple. Henrik Sedin. What does that have to do w/ what I said previously?

I don't think Bonino racks up 20 points next season on the PP while playing w/ Van. Just my gut feeling.
