How can you not love watching this happen to the Devils?
Call me childish.... but I hope they lose the rest of their games...... For the next 15 years.
Hahahahahaha!!!!!
And no, I'm not jealous.
It's hard to be jealous when your team is 6-2, and your highest paid player is "SALARY CAP".
In Dean I Trust.
You are all kidding yourselves if you don't think what happens everytime Kovalschmuk touches the puck on Saturday night isn't going to be funny.
Look, no one really cares about him going and playing for another team. What pisses people off is the charade perpetrated during the negotiations by Grossman. It was never about anything else other than getting as close to $100M in 10 years as possible for Kovalchuk. Please don't insult my intelligence by saying it was about NJ being a proven winner, blah, blah, blah. Kovalchuk is certainly smart enough (at least as a hockey player) to see which teams are built for success over the next 5 years or so, and NJ isn't one of them.

And if a black cat crosses your path turn back.
Don't step on a crack and break your mother's back.
Let the folks have their fun. Isn't real life serious enough for you people. It's freaking hockey, let people root for or against whoever they want to without the judgmental BS.

I'd like to point out the possibility that the louder the boos Saturday, the greater the likelihood that said player will turn it up a notch or two and score a hat trick against the Kings.
If you keep your traps shut, he may just go about with the not-so-sensational start he's having to this season.
Just sayin' . . . .
Hey, I'm all for rooting against other teams. What I don't like is the super sh**ty "HaHaHa! Ohhhh I hope they lose the rest of their games" mentality. Look, I fully expect Kovi to be boo'd when they announce his name at Staples Saturday night. I understand that people need to vent a little of their anger about what transpired between Kovi and the Kings...and I'm totally ok with that. But with regards to the rest of the Devil's players, the organization and their fans...I just think all the ill will is kinda petty. I mean really...what have the Devils ever done to the Kings? Oh yeah! They kept the Stanley Cup away from the Ducks for a few extra years. Those bastards...
