    Color me surprised. I'd love to hear what the arbitrator's reasoning is on this one. Kind of weird how a legally binding contract can be rejected due to assumptions and suspicions.

    Assumptions and suspicions are commonly referred to as "circumstantial evidence" which in this case was overwhelming.
