Today on NHL live they talked about it a bit.
It's not confirmed yet. They mentioned that when a club plays as the away team they are promised a home game in the near future.
Someone called in a suggested Ducks / Sharks in Tahoe. Like the idea but where?

I suppose this means we'll be seeing games in Detroit, Washington, and New York pretty soon. Yay, eastern time zone!!
The most likely of western American cities would be Denver. However the Avs suck. Let's face it, the league is not looking to put one out west for sometime, and you can almost understand it if you think about it. What the hell do Vinny and Sal in Queens care about the WC, let alone the Pacific Division.
Flyers-Rangers should be a great game. Ya it's east coast again and ya it's the mother frickin' Flyers AGAIN but it still will have a classic feel to it.
It better be LA in Detroit next year tho!
Don't give a crap and will refuse to watch it. It's not like you don't see enough of the Flyers and/or Rangers on Versus/NBC.
BTW, why would anyone in their right mind think a warm weather city will be involved in this event anytime in the near future?
