Recently got TWC and their Center Ice feeds are atrocious. Even the HD feeds are pretty damn ugly.

That's hilarious, right now I'm getting all the center Ice games on Xfinity though. I just assumed it's a preview

I don't know the details, but HD in Canada is a premium service. I assume that that is why they don't normally provide an HD feed to CI.

It's a copy right also, to buy that from another country to transmit here in the USA costs a ton for the service provider of CI, from what I understand they show all games in HD in Canada provided a feed is available, but that's also because their CI base is like our NFL Sunday ticket base, and a lot of Canadian teams make marque match ups and pay per view event to generate more money, which offsets some of the costs of the HD rights
