Good for him; he'll instill the fundamentals AHL players require to succeed.
I wonder, though, would he have been considered, especially so quickly, if the kings didn't go deep in the playoffs? He was praised quite a bit throughout the kings run and his received a bit of exoneration. If the kings flamed out at the end of the season or were spanked by Vancouver, would we be seeing this?
Congrats to Coach Murray and Lappy, I hope they do well. Just not against the Monarchs. :3smile:
