It's late in a heavy work day, so my brain cells might not be firing on all cylinders...but why would a team trade for RFA rights? It's not like trying to trade a contract.

Wouldn't an offer sheet be less risky if interested? Seems like the compensation would be less if Habs don't match...

What was the proposed rumor last year about Subban to the islanders? I remember it was something completely idiotic that somehow almost had legs.
