Neither are worth a 7.5 a year for 13 years. Wild will be good, but won't be able to afford pieces to complete the puzzle.
They will be fine cap wise especially when the cap is 80mil in 5 years

IMHO, that's a stupid amount to be paying Parise. Yes, I acknowledge that he has formidable intangibles, but that kind of money and term for a non-center who doesn't average a point-per-game? Dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb, dumb . . . .
What about Suter? He played the point and picked up his numbers on the power play with one of the best d-men in the league. He doesn't have the game breaking ability like Doughty, Keith, Chara, Weber, etc.Quote:
