Hopefully that is true and a wake up call ,instead of imploding after Franzen scored on the pp.

So I missed this one, just caught the highlights. Did Hayward **** all over Perry for being a bitch and fighting with his visor on? It was such an injustice when the big, mean, bruising Joe Pavelski did it. Just curious.

The game was on Versus, so thankfully we didn't have to listen to Hazy tonight.

The Wings need top wake the ****** up! I have not seen all of the game yet (my son was watching his Curious George) and I did see the video of the hit. It was late, not that late, and Hudler should have had his head up. Unfortunately, I think there will not be a suspension. I will say that this is a reflection of the cheap shot coach they have: Randy Carlyle. He was a cheap shot artist when he played, and it has transfered over to his coaching. I hope my boy Lidstrom stays hot with his goal scoring touch

I will say the Canadian broadcast had a better angle on the hit where the VS angle looked like he got him with an elbow to the head.

One of things that pops out is the follow through with his arms/fists. After he makes contact, his arms are completely extended. He makes no attempt to keep everything in as he hits him.

Definitely. I got a much different impression of it after seeing the Canadian feed, and also seeing it out of slow motion. Still mixed feelings.
