No one has a problem with Wayne Simmonds or Jerome Iginla so its not really race. Maybe with a few people but not all. Just win baby !

NHL players have done a lot worse than posing for pictures using money as a phone. If this is is greatest crime then yes, there is a racial element to this criticism.

It can't just be the media doing what the media does, making something out of nothing? Last I checked, the media scrutinizes everyone, for everything. This race card excuse has been old for a long time now.

The 'other' Kane has done much worse and gotten more grief for it. Some of it is him being a punk, some is him being a rich young guy loving life.

He got ripped for the cab incident. The drunken stuff got some attention and died.

Steve Rosenbloom hasn't exactly been giving Kane a free pass of it at all in the local media there
