Kinda baited into into, but it seems like Recchi has a problem with spouting off in his old age. But whatever, better to be hated than be some milquetoast BS organization that nobody cares about. He's become a bit of a whiny bitch since 40.

That's fine. He's a whiny bitch and you agree with him. I recall him whining about Pacioretty watching a movie after being concussed by the Chara hit as if maybe Pac was faking. I don't recall him commenting on Horton being at the next Bruins game after Rome crushed him. I recall Julien stating that finger wagging was classless and not something the Bruins would do after the Burrows bite. Funny, I also recall Recchi wagging his finger. I think my favorite part of the interview was Mark recalling how the media was saying the Bruins don't have a chance. The MEDIA says that and his tiny little brain turns that into the Canucks being arrogant. All he really needs is to work on his douchebag Southie accent and he'll fit in perfectly in Boston. As I recall, and maybe I'm wrong, it wasn't so much about Pacioretty faking being injured as it was about the team trying to make it sound worse than it was just so Chara would be arrested. Huge difference.

And the arrogance comment goes far beyond what the media was saying. Certain actions and certain comments by players and management go a long way in coming to that conclusion.

Also, the waving the finger thing stopped AFTER the coach made that comment.

Spoken like a true Canucks fan. That's not a compliment. I'm from Van and I remember the 'Free Bert' shirts. Canucks and their fans are generally reviled around the league for a reason you know, and you demonstrate that with every asinine half truth in your post. Congrats

I think I'll trust a multiple cup winner with over two decades in the league over some delusional 'Nucks fan. You won't find many that have bad things to say about the 'Recchi-ng ball'. The Canucks and their fans? That's a different story.
