If true very sad...total downward spiral.
Poor, lost soul. It's never easy to hear of a guy younger than yourself dying but I had a bad feeling all signs were pointing in this direction. Rest in peace, Rick.
Rumor has it that he committed suicide.

Grabbing a Wild fan last year was a huge sign something was f'ed up. Sorry to hear about this.
Just awful news. Losing two young NHL players within a few months of each other is terrible.

I can't help but notice that there have been a lot of enforcers/scrappers dying lately. Probert, Boogard, and now Rypien. I know they're all difference circumstances but it makes me wonder if it's more than just a coincidence.
