Yes, it is beautiful here in Western Washington. And Seattle is probably the best large city I've ever seen . . . in the U.S. anyway. And yes, while people know how to drive in the rain, they're not quite so skilled when it snows. Fortunately, that doesn't happen too often.

Will the NHL thrive here? I'm not so sure on that one, but I'd certainly support a team.
