NHL.com - Vigneault could break up slumping Sedins - At the Rink blog
Holy crap!

He's been doing it for the last couple of 3rd periods recently, and in fact the team as a whole seemed to get a little bit of a jump when they were separated.
Hopefully this move will help the Sedins p/u their game. It has been rather lackluster as of late.
Could have sworn that they have been put on separate lines before and that this isn't the first time its happened.
Ya I know the Nucks record of late does not reflect their poor play, but trust me, if it wasn't for Luocho and Schneids, this team was in danger of losing big to Det, Chi, and Col... I'm happy for the points they accumulated, just not the process they used to arrive at it. (winning ugly - VERY UGLY.)
TC - they have been split up before but it is still very rare for AV to do it.
Also... no need for Burrows on that line anymore. Byron Bitz carries the Sedins. kicking:
It has but outside of a period here and a period there the last time it happened across multiple games and stayed that way was something to the effect of five games in 2007. That's about it.
Anyway it didn't last haha. I guess the world is still here.
I also agree with DC and with fellow Kings fans here, I understand ultimately they're getting point but boy they sure are taking a lot of games unnecessarily to overtime or the shootout. Thank god they have finally found a way to WIN the shootout.
