He is the only Ducks player I will ever respect, but as a Kings fan I wish this Kings killer will retire already.

I respect Parros and Visnovsky as well on the Ducks.

Although Jason Blake is sad you didn't mention him.

Selanne is a beast and a true class act. Hard to believe he will be 41 this year.

Actually ends up being the worst thing for the Ducks. They need to rebuild, but they can't do that with Selanne there.


With that said, as a hockey fans I respect the hell out Selanne. A true, well-oiled scoring machine even into his 40's. I know if I felt that I could still go I'd play into my 40's also.

What gets me about Selanne is how good the guy still looks. I keep waiting for him to come out and score 5 goals and pick up a dozen assists in a season, but he keeps coming out and producing good numbers. Unless the guy gets tired of the game, I wouldn't be surprised to see him play another couple seasons.

I wish you hadn't reminded me that two of my favorite Kings, Sandstrom and Kurri, played on the Ducks. I had apparently blocked it out because I have absolutely no recollection of those events. Thanks for nuthin', *******.
