Wow. A transparent process with a possibility of feedback?
WTF Shanny? Too many concussions?
Nice job by him and the NHL to be serious about this right from the start of pre-season games. To do this publicly, with explanations, and drive the point home to the entire league and its fans is long overdue, and should have the desired impact of removing (or at least limiting) hits like these from the game. Good on them!
Have you ever guessed somebody's gender wrong? There's no recovering from that. You just gotta move on, cause you ain't wriggling outta nothin'.
"Hey, excuse me, sir?"
"Maam."
"Okay." "Okay, bye... bye, human. Bye person. Nice to meet you, individual."

This sounds like an excellent idea. I hope he keeps it up and doesn't go back on his word.

You're welcome.

i like this process and all.. but did nobody from the NHL see the hit on muzzin? that boarding penalty was way more brutal than than the one they decided make a suspension call on.
Brilliant move by the NHL.
A step in the right direction.
"This is for you, Kings players who have EVER worn the Kings uniform, and Kings fans wherever you may be, all the frustration and disappointment of the past is GONE! The 45 year drought is over! The Los Angeles Kings are INDEED, the Kings of the National Hockey League, the 2012 STANLEY CUP CHAMPIONS!" - Bob Miller
"The long wait is over, after 45 years, the Kings can wear their crown! The Los Angeles Kings have won the Stanley Cup!!!" - Nick Nickson
I think the problem on that one was lack of official TV coverage.
Anyways...I'm VERY pleased by how this is handled this early in the season...Shelley, Staubitz, Wisniewski even indefinitely...so far, so excellent! Let's just hope someone doesn't start to influence him.
8 reg. season games for Wisniewski. Well done!
