If he really is Lindros'd I really hope he has good people around him to help adjust him to the rest of his life. He's spent what 18 of his 25 years playing competitive hockey and he's probably got about 50 years unless he develops a major vice to go. You can't be this good without being some kind of type A guy. I hope he finds a direction if he's done.

If he does this will certainly be a sad day for the NHL not to mention for Sidney. He is the NHL's poster boy. Great talent as well.
First Mario now him. Must be some sort of injury curse on that frackin' logo. After meeting Mario and having met Wayne I was blown away at how great Mario was. All those years I wasted hoping he wouldn't come close to Wayne's records. Mario was more deserving.

Orr spent many months of those 12 seasons in operating rooms for those knees of his though. 30 was still way too soon for that great talented guy to limp away from hockey.
