Schneider just got pulled after letting in 5 goals vs the Ducks, and Luongo received a standing ovation from the fans while he was skating toward the net. Goaltending problems in Vancouver continue and I wonder who will start next game.

They can fix this problem by trading him somewhere they can get a Stollercoaster like Center who is a "Tweener". Checking type guy that could play 2nd line minutes and take on some Powerplay time until Kesler is healthy. Maybe grab a prospect forward.
Until they do that, this is going to continue to happen.
at the draft party a couple of years ago, and under a considerable haze, i heard Birdman yell out the following (about 4 or 5 times, i think) - "don't marry yourselves to players!" he went on to reiterate that idea more than once on the boards, and i believe it to be absolutely sage.

I thought it was awesome to see because from personal experience, Luongo is a great guy that loves his family, who is a sensitive guy if you to say something about his family that it will get to him, and he always will work hard for your team.
I hope they trade Cory Schneider and keep R. Luongo.
Living the goalie drama in Vancouver
Hope it last all year
Poor Roberto Luongo, let in 8 goals.... and the coach did NOT PULL HIM
Vancouver, what a joke. They created their own mess by pulling Luongo in the playoffs last year. Should have never happened. Now they have a disgruntled starter in Luongo and a perennial backup who thinks he is a starter.
Again keep it going Cannuckleheads !
This drama only makes for a fractured team in the playoffs .
