I'm sorry but somehow I just have to laugh at that, maybe they turn into the next wunderkids but I just see Taylor and his playing style as a head shot away from retirement.

I think I'm in the minority and say this is a good signing especially if he stays healthy.
Year 1- 42pts in 65g
Year 2- 53pts in 61g
He stays healthy he'll put up great numbers and there are plenty of players making over $4M per year that are doing dick. So I think the $6M is justified IMO.
He will be a great regular season player.
So what the hell are they going to RNH? 7 mil/yr?
Sheesh, just setting themselves up for cap hell and no cup.
