I just started reading Fleury's book 'Playing With Fire' and wow, it's pretty disturbing what Graham was doing to Fleury and other players.

Been meaning to get his book. Sheldon Kennedy just came out with one too which I'd like to check out as well. A lot of respect for these guys.

Truly horrifying and heartbreaking. I read James' statement pleading for leniency...it read along the lines of 'I am truly sorry...I will never do it again, I have been punished...now lets all move on.' My heart goes out to Fleury. Always liked him and his psychotic behavior takes on a whole new light in view of his abuse. So brave to come out with this...let's be honest, you wouldn't think the manly world of the NHL would be too understanding or forgiving. But a few months ago Theo was a guest host on NHL on Sirius, and you could hear the true respect/support in the voices of longstanding veterans like Ken Daneyko and others. As a Devils fan I had a first hand view of what happens in these situations with the Mike Danton affair. I want him to succeed so badly based simply on just how much he was failed by people that should have cared for him. Theo, a lot could argue, had a wonderful career and has nothing to be ashamed of...but if you really look into it, all he did was survive. Despite ridiculous odds to the contrary. James should be thrown in the deepest darkest hole and abused till the end of his days. There is no forgiveness...no amount of suffering, that he has not earned.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't Kennedy's initial accusation the beginning of when Fleury began to lose it?
Edit: Well, I guess I was right. He pretty much says so at the 8 minute mark.
