Just when you thought their season was over and the Ducks were a miserable 10-22-6, they reel off a 14-2-3 streak to get back to .500 and just 6 points behind Phoenix. Can't we have some peace?

They'll make the playoffs and the Kings won't.
I remember reading what Corey Perry said about 2 months ago. He said what they were doing was completely unacceptable and that they'll turn it around.
Turn it around they did.
And now they could be BUYERS at the deadline.
If not for this Nash bombshell, this really would be a super quiet deadline.
Repression is my friend! :lalala:
More proof the Kings should have hired this guy:

DId anyone really think they were as bad as they played the first two months of the season? It was only a matter of time before they turned it around. Whether they are this year's NJ Devils remains to be seen. That said, if the Kings play at the level they should be playing at, there is no way the Ducks can catch them.
I, for one, am eating crow for saying there's no way that they can make it to a playoff spot. Now it looks like there's no way they won't get into a playoff spot.
My hope is that they get to the #8 seed and have to play Detroit in the first round.
