Thread: Those darn Ducks

Just when you thought their season was over and the Ducks were a miserable 10-22-6, they reel off a 14-2-3 streak to get back to .500 and just 6 points behind Phoenix. Can't we have some peace?

They'll make the playoffs and the Kings won't.

I remember reading what Corey Perry said about 2 months ago. He said what they were doing was completely unacceptable and that they'll turn it around.

Turn it around they did.

And Perry has been on fire. He has 28 goals now.

And now they could be BUYERS at the deadline.

It's exactly like when Dustin Brown said "I thought we played a really good game and couldn’t find a way to score goals. That’s it, really. We’ve got to score goals.’’

DId anyone really think they were as bad as they played the first two months of the season? It was only a matter of time before they turned it around. Whether they are this year's NJ Devils remains to be seen. That said, if the Kings play at the level they should be playing at, there is no way the Ducks can catch them.
