This has gotten totally out of hand. It is unfortunate that the only feed being shown is the Sabres homers, because it is awful. This is a typical overreaction. If Lucic didn't hit Miller, this would not be nearly as big a deal. Tootoo went to the net hard like you are supposed to. He ran into the goalie and got a major. (a laughable overreaction but no doubt the word has been sent out)

Hopefully Shanahan doesn't panic and try to make a point after letting it go. I am sure Mr Personality will release his video and point out that because Tootoo has a history it is a suspension. That'll be a really convenient excuse for how he treats it next time. Hopefully Shanahan puts the sound on mute and realizes that the jump really was an attempt to not kill Miller.

oh please. Miller is in his crease trying to do his job. Tootoo doesn't even slow down or attempt to stop. He went right through Miller. It's a bull**** play and he should sit out for it.

It's a bull**** play, he clearly made no effort to avoid the goalie, but with no injuries I don't see anything happening

2 game suspension.
