How will he stack up against other Devils captains?

Glad to hear it, though I wouldn't make any assumptions until the ink is dry on a new long-term contract. Being named captain and saying all the right things didn't keep Kovalchuk with the Thrashers/Jets and it remains to be seen whether it will keep Weber in Nashville. Hope they get it done though.
