"Hockey won't hold still to give you a better look. You wouldn't want it to anyway. It's the action that makes the possibilities endless."
See ya Sharks! Now go Eastern Conference!
I honestly don't even know. The puck took a strange bounce off the glass and looked like it bounced up into the netting behind the goal so everyone was looking that way, but it ended up bouncing right back out to the blue line to Bieksa who was the only person who knew where it was. Niemi was looking in an entirely different direction.
Just a strange goal.

Looking at it, I'm wondering if the puck hit Marleau's (high) stick, as he actually turned and picked the puck up just as it was landing, but he was too far away to do anything about it. He clearly had an idea that something odd just happened.
That shot by Bieksa was a piece of work, too. He just slapped it and bounced it in right inside the right post. You get that shot 20 times and you probably wouldn't even hit the net half of the time.
I sense a certain Quebec Nordique winning the Stanley Cup.
Todd McLellan tonight was asked if it would have been better to have finished off Detroit earlier.
He responded yes then went on to comment on how physical the series against the Kings was.
Nice!
Just saw the GW goal.
Hockey has a lot of flaws, and this is one of them.
Totally flukey goal after the puck hits the stanchion?
What if that was OT in game 7...for the Cup?
Too bad the seamless glass is too rigid and prone to cause injury.
Whoa!
Bad enough that a SJ clear was called icing even after hitting Sedin.
