I wonder if Calgary is going to sue Vancouver for setting fire to their (Orca logo) C...
Congrats Boston.
Well deserved win and a fitting Stanley Cup Champion.
Also congrats to LGK's Boston fans (O'Fuego and Gator Mike...etc..).
I can only imagine how proud of your team you must be.
Timmy T is a God.

If people would have vacated the area instead of standing around and gawking, the cops would have rounded up all the dip****s in short order.

Well now that the SC Cup is over we can all get back to what we do best: Freak out about the Kings.
I can't wait till next season.
The difference between what has happened in L.A. in the past and Vancouver in June 2011 is that in the case of L.A., it involved a very particular demographic group of criminals who for the most part did not attend the game and were not even fans. Take a look at the photos in the Yahoo cover story: every conceivable category of Vancouverite, most wearing Canucks jerseys, lobbing chemical agents back at police (really???), battering-ramming their way into closed retail stores, upending cop cars and setting large-scale (not spot) fires. This is who they ARE.
Don't turn around, wo-ao!
Der Kopitar's in town, wo-ao!
All of you who have argued that Van fans are classy, and it's this great city with great people, can eat a bag of ****s.
Aruge all you want that it's the minority, but this was far bigger than LA occurances. Canucks fans have been whiney bitches all season, but now they show their true colors.
The only cool Van fan is DC... and that one guy who tried to stop the rioters from breaking into a store, then got the **** kicked out of him. You two are fine.
