Jesus Christ no kidding right? Before last year the guy played in 69 games as a career high. Catches some magic lightning last year and gets 5.5 a year for six years? WTF?!?!

you totally can understand overpayments this time of year... you expect it, and we all "holy cow" several deals. but THIS one, has got to be one of the worst i have ever seen.

Absolutely. I remember how we all did a double take at the Jeff Finger deal and, given the caps at the time of that one, this is up there in the same realm. I mean, I'm still stunned at this deal.
