It's going to come to a point where the Caps might realize how much they could get in return for him. Not yet perhaps but he had issues with Boudreau as well (ie. calling him a fat **** on the bench). This team peeked in the Penguins series of '09 and like now, and like Team Russia in 2010 against Canada, crumbled in Game 7.

Might be time for jt to update his "You can't win a Stanley Cup..." quote to include Alexander the GR8.

Good thing he's signed for only 9 more years.
