Hi all. This is my first time posting a "hey, I'm new here! look at me and give me attention!" thread on ANY forum so I feel a bit ...stupid. But what the hell?
So hi. I've checked out this website in the past and thought I actually registered a few years ago, but nope. I didn't. So here I am now. So uhhh....I'm a Kings fan..of course. Have been for quite awhile. When I was 6 months old my dad's idea of spending time with me was sitting me down to watch Kings games with him. I guess I was sort of forced into it in the beginning and over the next couple of years after that, to be quite honest. But I'm glad because God knows what could have happened had I not established myself (or been established?) as a Kings fan by the time 1993 rolled around.Disaster averted, fortunately.
Sadly, I haven't been able to talk to many Kings fans or hockey fans in general lately. They don't seem to exist in my neck of the woods. The last time I really had any interaction with hockey fans/"fans" was at the camp I worked at this summer. I proudly displayed some of my Kings shirts throughout the weeks I worked there and discovered that a few kids were interested in hockey. Though most of them insisted they were Ducks fans/"fans". But at least it was something....I guess. So I guess part of my reason for joining this forum is because I want to interact with hockey fans again. Once you go awhile without talking hockey you realize how much you miss it and how uninformed and nice you become.
Umm... There really isn't much else to say (yet). I'm a Kings fan. So are you. And we'll take it from there.

Though one thing I must add... this website has a sweet assortment of smilies. Probably the best I've seen one any of the websites I belong to. It's awesome. This oneand this one
seriously remind me of this one guy counselor I met at camp this year. Horrible, ain't it?
