High Desert Lurker says hello
I've been lurking and enjoying the site for a little awhile and it's about time I started posting.
So let's see...my name's Melissa. I drink too much coffee, have terrible road rage, and spend entirely too much money on lotto scratchers. I work for SB County (don't hate me, I have no involvement in customer service - I'm just a data entry monkey).
I drive about 2 hours to go to games, so only average a handful a year but that number's been increasing steadily the last couple years. I may not be the most knowledgeable hockey fan, but I do know when to research and when to just shut my mouth. I hope that helps me settle in here with little to no disruption to LGK's faithful.
In case anyone wonders, the username is not Kings related (though it can be at times). It's a decade+ used standby that all started with a book having large, friendly letters inscribed on its cover.:3smile:
