Thread: how long until full user privileges kick in?

I just made a new board name I want to stick with, but does anyone know how long or how many posts until I can use my custom avatar and make my own threads?

and for those of you wondering I don't think I made an impression on anyone enough to be missed, been here less than a season.

i have a question. how come when i sign in with my username i cant see anyones avatars? i can only see them when i'm not signed in.
