Thread: How to post threads in other forums

Im new to the site and wanted to post a new thread in a different part of the forum but i cant because it says i dont have permission..how do i get permission?

pretty much everything anyone has to say, there is a good chance there is a thread about it already, at least in home ice.. You may need to go back several pages to find it, but you need to try and look else you'll get flamed and your thread will be merged anyways.
