Well, I did join the forum last year during the run but didn't post anything. Probably because I was too excited watching my team win a Stanley Cup. I have always enjoyed watching hockey and have supported my local team (Fresno Falcons) since I was a kid. I was born in LA so it was a natural fit to be a Kings fan from birth. My dad was able to score free tickets to games in the old arena but I was too young to appreciate the honor of seeing them. As an older adult, I started to play hockey and really learned to appreciate what the players go through in a game. I still play every week and have always enjoyed my LA Kings despite what some would call a long suffering history. Now that we have won a cup though, I finally have some breathing room in the hostile territory that is Fresno, California. The bulk of fans here support the Sharks and there is no love lost between us. This series promises to be excellent and I look forwards to coming down to LA to watch a game. I was lucky enough to score tickets to a game against phoenix and one against St. Louis last year during the playoffs. Boy, those games were fun to watch. We have a very exciting team.Anyhow, thanks for getting me on track so that I can post and see what the other fans have to say.As a player, I play for the Fresno Kings...as a fan, there can be only one...The LA Kings!!!
