Thread: old time kings fan and collector

Hey guys,
just saying hi -
I have been around for awhile, just never posted...


my background:
Job: artist (a real one) (acrylic paintings, graphics, drawing, ect.) (surrealism mostly)
(I am also a hockey card collector....I have been collecting Kings official rookie cards and have 98% up to present - about 500+ RC's)(2007-08 rookies will be a ton this year) OUCH!

My favorite kings player of all time:
Dave Taylor (Bernie Nicholls is close as well)

BEST GAME EVER:
1982 Kings beating the Oilers!

What I miss:
old school kings fans that know what they are talking about...the wagoners drive me insane...

my pet peeves and things I can stand:
I hate the ducks with a passion and anyone who likes them...
(how dare any kings fan have anything to do with the ducks including owning memorabilia...)


oh and the angels and clippers are NOT LA - I dont care what anyone says!

Welcome! There is a cool ducks fan that hangs out here because he can't get any stimuli from those Ducks message boards. So I suggest you bend a little, other than that, I have one question:

Just curious: Are there any Kings bandwagoners? Because...you know...it's hard to jump on a bandwagon that is stuck in a mud pool .

That was kinda my first thought too - and that bandwagoners usually follow a winning team...

I wish at work there were a few more bandwagoners.
