Thread: Saying hello after a satisfying win last night...

New guy here, but long time Kings fan.

I'm a San Diego native, and I caught the hockey bug around age 11. Starting watching Kings games around age 12, and for the last 15 years, things have gone downhill from there...

I still live in San Diego, so I catch every game I can on FSN. I'd love to be at Staples every night, but I think the chances of living in LA any time soon are slim.

As far as players go, I really loved the Deadmarsh years and was mildly crushed when we were forced to say goodbye. These days, I am obviously excited about Brown because he is something of a Deadmarsh reincarnated, and I am also hoping to see Boyle develop into a giant power forward with soft hands, but we will see how that turns out. I couldn't be more impressed with Doughty, but I am still taking a wait-and-see attitude.

Anyway, if there are any fellow San Diegans here, feel free to say hello. We can stop by the Stout Pub (pretty much the only hockey bar in town) and watch a game with a pint sometime.
