We're only going to be in LA for one night, then its off to Mexico. I actually forgot about the one night in LA until today so that's why I asked. We are staying in a hotel near the airport, anything interesting in that area?

Why go to Mexico when Mexico has came to us?

Head over to the valley and just walk around:
Van Nuys, North Hollywood, Sepulveda, Pacomia, San Fernando, Reseda, North Hills, "valley plaza" (haha, love when the rename **** areas), "lake Balboa", Winnetka... i could keep going if you'd like....
