    He is not there yet......stand by for the appeals.....

    This was fast compared to some other high profile cases....

    Leniency? He sure didn't show any that night when he got s***faced and killed 3 people and scarred one for life. The typical "sympathy defense" of a broken home and immaturity. When is he supposed to mature? 34? 44? Take your punishment like a man and you have no one else to blame but yourself.

    Exactly, if I killed someone drunk driving. I would say goodbye to my family, turn myself in and expect to be locked up for life or killed and it would be deserved.

    "To Life" is absurd. It leaves an opening for you to be released early. Why? You kill one person, that should be enough to put you in forever.

    It was revealed the the female driver was an underage drunk. There goes my sympathy.

    This whole situation could've easily been the other way around (meaning Gallo being the one killed).
