Im really with !Kings! on this one. This amount of money is just nuts to pay a baseball player. I would say the same thing in adjusted dollars for a young Gretzky in his prime. When baseball finally collapses under its own weight it will be solely traced to agents like Boras.

Why? The owner of the franchise that pays said ball player is making exponentially more cash than that 35 million per year. Why are we doomed as a society when a player makes that much cash but not doomed when the owner of the team makes 20 times that amount?

If only no team would pursue him. That'll bring Boras and ARod off their high horse. 30 mil a year is ridiculous. 25 mil a year is already ridiculous.
