Word is that Manny's friends have been telling people he wants to sign with the Yanks in the offseason to stick it to Boston.

We'll see how much peace of mind really does mean to him if the Dodgers wind up being interested in re-signing him.
Because if he thought Boston was bad... well, he'll find out when he gets to New York.
