Beltre had a great glove. No way Gagne saves 84 straight without Beltre, Izturis and Cora behind him in that infield. Not the greatest hitters save for Beltre, but defense saves games.

No, he shouldn't have. He had a phenomenal year, but Bonds' season was much better--he set the single-season OBP (.609!!) and OPS (1.422!!!!) record that year.Quote:
