And I was so looking forward to watching Broxton blow the save/lead, but had to settle for watching Sherrill do it.

This team is embarrassment right now, SELL, Frank, SELL!!!

    Mattingley got schooled last night.
Why is Sherrill still on this team?
    McBroke has screwed this franchise.

Get ready for Ned to trade any good prospect we have for not very good pitching help. And then the team still won't be very good and won't win ****. **** Ned and **** McCourt.

I've watched 2 Dodger games all season because I chose not to purchase the MLB extra innings package. I still follow the team to see how they're doing and everything, but compared to the previous several seasons, my interest has waned significantly. I blame it directly on the McCourt debacle that transpired this offseason. They're ****ing this team over and it has turned me away from the team.

I know we would all love it if McCourt sold the team, but I think it's pretty clear he's too much of a pompous prick to even save face.

I think the only way he sells the team without being forced to do it is if everyone stops going to games and he starts to lose a ton of money.

I'm in the exact same boat. The fiasco surrounding the front office has kept me from spending a dime at Dodgers stadium this year. I also find myself generally less interested in the team this year. The whole situation sucks.

I'm doing my part. Decided last year that I won't be attending Dodger games until they put money into the team. If the Dodgers current core has to break up because of mcbroke I'll stop following the team altogether. If the Dodgers aren't playing I don't watch baseball anyways, it will be easy to give up on the sport completely.

    Here's an interesting angle...

Judge in McCourts' divorce case talks of Dodgers sale - latimes.com

"The parties are unintentionally pushing the court toward an interesting position selling the asset which is being fought over," Gordon said in a court hearing.
I don't think it'll happen but I'm still holding out hope.

Yeah it's pretty unfortunate because the past few seasons I was practically at the same level of emotional involvement with the Dodgers as I am with the Kings, but that definitely is nowhere near the case anymore.

The worst part is that there probably won't be immediate improvement in the future even if the McCourts sell soon since they've skimped badly on prospect drafting and development the past few years. Things looked so promising just a few years ago, too. If only the McCourts weren't so cheap and just let Logan White do his job...
