I don't feel it's a major league coaching staff's job to teach fundamentals or hustle, these guys should know these things by the time they get to the Bigs. But guys are still making the 3rd out at 3B, which is a major F-up and would earn a player a seat on the bench even when I played. And Kemp again not hustling, unreal. After the Dodgers lost a game against Anaheim when a runner was thrown out on the bases before the other runner crossed home, you'd think that these guys would know enough to keep that from happening again.

I don't think I've seen a Dodgers player with such little focus on a pitch-to-pitch basis as Matt Kemp since the days of Bobby Bonilla. The guy just does not give a ****. That being said, I still wouldn't trade him.

Heh, I turned it off after 3-0. Season is over. They needed to win 3 or 4 of this series at minimum. Given the way they're playing I wouldn't be surprised to see them win 1.

I wish I had Matt Kemp's tools because I would be in Cooperstown,He has so much athleticism. I don't know if he knows what it's like to go full bore for nine innings. He's so talented, I don't think his mind lets him ask, 'Is there more here?'

I have one question I'd like to ask him, 'Are you dead tired when the game is over?' My dad told me early on I should be exhausted after every game if I've done my batting practice, taken ground balls, backed up every play and gone all out. I wonder if he's ever felt like that?

Which is what makes him even more frustrating. He goes 5-5 with a homerun, yet cost the team dearly but not hustling to score in the 1st inning resulting in loss of a run and 1-0 lead. That was a key moment in the game, and his lack of effort is inexcusable.

Here we are on August 5th, 7 games out with 7 vs. Padres, 6 vs. SF and 12 vs. COL, remaining.

Mark Cuban would be a huge improvement over the McCourts. Just look what kinda crap has been going on
