Wow, never really thought we had a chance in signing Lee. I guess lots of money and not getting killed playing QB is what got it done.

that was a big suprise signing. i kinda thought lee would choose baseball over football considering his athletic career would be longer in a non contact sport, just didn't think he would sign with the dodgers. especially for that much money.

Lilly has just been amazing. He's so Greg Maddux, it's ridiculous. With Kuroda and Padilla both coming off the books this summer, Ned needs to re-up this guy.
