This needs to be said: in comparison to the Dodger game, the Kings game is virtually irrelevant.

Seriously. Dodger playoffs over a Kings opener? Chance to see the Dodgers make the WS for the first time in 20 years or a chance to see the first game of another losing season for the Kings. It isn't that hard.

Did I say I was going to stick my fingers in my ears, close my eyes, and scream "LALALALALALA!!!" every time someone mentions the score of the game? No. In fact, I'll probably be checking on it from my phone periodically.

Simple fact is that I didn't buy tickets to the post-season. I won't buy tickets to the post-season. My decision. I'm fine with it. You can be, too...especially since it affects you exactly nada.

Correct. I don't really give a **** what you decide to do. It just baffles me that a Dodger fan would willingly rather go to a crappy Kings opener than watch our first LCS game in 20 years.

I already got tickets for the Kings game though. Are you suggesting I miss a live pro sports event to go watch another one on TV? No way. I love the Dodgers. And I'll DVR the game. And even if I see the score at Staple's, I'll probably still fire up the game when I get home. But I am going to be there opening night for the Kings.
