But unlike Grittle, Torre won't bench players like Kemp or Ethier after they have a great game. He won't pinch run for key offensive hitters in the middle innings. He won't pinch hit Ramon Martinez for James Loney in a key situation.

I'm certainly looking forward to this next season.

Well, it sounds like the guys are excited but this is definitely one area that is of concern to me.
