He's happy Manny is with the team, but doesn't know what this does to his role on the club.

Juan Pierre said he was expecting Manny Ramirez to re-sign with the Dodgers. But he had no answers Wednesday when asked how this affected his future with the Dodgers.

I still don't get why people hate Pierre so much other than the fact he said yes to 45 million dollars that were thrown at him.

On this Dodger team he is a fantastic 4th outfielder. He's just crazy overpaid. That's not his fault.

I don't hate Juan Pierre the guy--nobody blames the guy for signing the big contract. I just hate Juan Pierre in the starting lineup, and I'll be glad when he's no longer a drain on my team's payroll.

At least Ned manned up and cleaned up his mistake with the Manny trade/re-signing.
