    Really? Like who? I don't see it. Pierre is what he is. He had a nice run but is falling back to Earth. If Pierre gets traded for a "great" starting pitcher than Colletti deserves a 20 year extension. But I just don't see it happening, not with his contract and the lack of pitching on the market right now.

    Seriously doubt it. If Colletti pulls off Pierre for Bedard than Zduriencik was high and drunk at the time. I think Seattle fans would revolt if the guy they traded Adam Jones+Chris Tillman for nets them a return of Juan Pierre. With Ichiro under contract till 2012 there's no need for a lead-off guy like Pierre.

    I don't think Washburn is "great" but he is a decent middle of the rotation guy who is certainly better than the likes of Eric Milton. Still I don't see how Pierre get's us Washburn.

    Seattle just doesn't seem like a good fit, unless they trade Ichiro.

    I want to hear from Tony, which "great" pitcher do you think Pierre gets us?
