Personally, I don't think Grady's done that bad a job. He's been faced (two years running, now) with some pretty considerable injury issues. His GM (by no fault of his own, really) was unable to acquire the big bat without mortgaging the team's youth. But he DID managed to go out and find the Dodger's requisite dead spot in the lineup. Really, the only thing I don't like about Grady is that he constantly makes that dead spot the #2 spot by playing Pierre. Of course, he's probably under considerable pressure from ownership to play a guy who's being paid that much...and can you blame McCourt? I can't. I'd want my investment working.

Wonder when he'll realize that Pierre is keeping people away from the stadium instead of drawing them in?

And here's a question for everyone: Had Drew not walked and put Colletti in such a ****ty situation, where would we be? My guess is that we'd be in about the same situation as we're in now.

My gripe with Grady is the fact he runs Martin into the ground. He starts him nearly every game this season except 15 games. Not only that but he puts ****ing Gonzo out there when Ethier should be playing instead. Ethier is the hottest hitter on the team and he still can't get playing time? I mean really why did we hire Little?

I think Girardi, Kirk Gibson, those that might get canned like Torre, Phil Garner, Ozzie Guillen (yeah he's a nut but he has a ring). Just have to see what happens this off-season. If management is happy with Grittle then we aren't getting a title any time in the future, even with the kids we have coming up.
