Are you ****ing serious. The guy missed a fly ball and changed the whole game. You think Wells comes out of the game after 5 IP up 2 runs with a pitch count of 81? No, he doesn't. He probably goes 6 and leaves the Dodgers with a lead. LA's bullpen is good but not great. 3 innings of relief is a whole lot different than 4. Broxton and Saito take care of the 8th and 9th. That means all the Dodgers would have had to do is find a way through the 7th. Your little leaguer boy just cost this team 2 games in the standings. Now they have to beat Peavy and find a way to win on Sunday.

Because I don't blame everything on one guy I don't know dick about baseball? Ok. Tell me, how many games ahead in the standings would we be if we didn't have Juan Pierre then? He alone is the reason? You guys were pissing about his contract before he set foot on the field, so of course everything that happens now is his fault.

You can be pissed at Ned for getting him if you want, but Pierre is doing what he does, like him or not. He plays every game, he's hitting around.300, stealing bases, doing what he always does. Why do you guys all act so surprised about that? Were you expecting him to go on a power surge at some point? Gun guys out from the warning track? You're telling me I don't know anything about baseball?

Pierre is here, he's doing what he always does. All your bitching isn't going to change it.

That's awfully high-and-mighty sounding there, don't you think? Maybe it's you who should stop. Because unless you're Peter ****ing Gammons or you've played in the MLB, you might just have as much baseball knowledge as anyone else here.

It's not awful high-and-mighty at all. I'm not saying I know more about baseball than everybody here. I'm just saying there is a certain someone who knows less about baseball than everybody here.

BTW, you don't need to be Peter ****ing Gammons or play in the major leagues to have a good understanding of the game. Not every fan is created equal. There are people who know more than me (like ASU) and people who know considerably less.
