    Rain out. Will be re-schedoolied for September. That helps the club right now in terms of rest for Martin and the bullpen, but could end up REALLY sucking in September if they decide on a double-header. Could be played on the 17th instead of the off-day. If I were Grittle, I'd rather do that than play a goddamned double header.

    Agreed, I'm not upset with the rain out. We had friggin Bombko slated to pitch tonight and hopefully we get Wolf back and healthy to make a run to clinch the NL West. Hopefully Ned injects this team with some ooomph at the Deadline and we get rolling away from the Dbacks and Padres.

    Don't forget, rosters expand in September, so losing the day off won't be that bad. Enjoy the rest now.
